MEET SOME OF THE TEAM
Jenny LiSoftware Engineer, Seattle
Jenny is a server engineer on the Driver Quality team. Her team works on features that spot driver fraud early on and help drivers give five-star rides to improve the passenger experience. Before coming to Lyft, Jenny worked at Amazon. She sits near the narrow, spiral staircase in Lyft’s Seattle office and likes counting the number of times people awkwardly bump into each other in the middle and someone has to backtrack. (Usually at least once a week, she says.) In her spare time, she coaches a girls’ volleyball team and is an avid player herself.
Keegan HamrenHub Support Specialist, Nashville
Keegan supports employees on the front line, assisting drivers at both our Hubs and in the Nashville office. Keegan used to drive with Lyft and then worked as a Community Associate in LA, before transferring to Nashville for her current role. Keegan says she’s always been struck by Lyft’s strong values and desire to make the world a better place. She’s energized coming to work, helping drivers and getting them back on the road. Keegan is a California native and loves the office’s assortment of Justin’s Peanut Butter Cups — as long as they’re milk chocolate.
Don LeeOperations Strategy Manager, San Francisco
Don works on the operations strategy team, helping set Lyft up for long-term success. Don previously worked as a venture capitalist, covering transportation tech. His favorite Lyft ride involved chatting with a driver who immigrated from Korea to the East Coast and then moved to the Bay Area — the same as Don! The two discussed their respective childhoods and favorite hiking spots in California. Don says he’d like to share a Lyft ride with Anthony Hopkins one day.
