The Lyft Multimodal Report highlights shared micromobility trends across race, gender, and socioeconomic status. The report draws on local operating data and survey responses from thousands of riders who used Lyft-operated shared micromobility systems during the 2023 calendar year and highlights emerging trends in 2024.

In order to produce this report, Lyft fields a major survey of our bikeshare and shared scooter riders working with survey vendor, YouGov, and leverages internal operating data as well as public information about partner systems.
