New Graduates and Internship Opportunities Available

Interns

During your internship, you’ll be fully integrated into a team where you’ll work on challenging and gratifying projects. Intern cohorts are kept intentionally small and everyone is paired with a mentor. Plus, we offer regular lunch and learns with interns and executives. Throughout your time here, you’ll be immersed in our welcoming, friendly culture where everyone has a significant impact.

New Graduates

Start your career by reimagining tomorrow’s transportation. At Lyft, you’ll hit the ground running, trusted with critical projects and empowered to learn, build, and grow. Every day you'll collaborate with teammates to solve real-world problems, dream up new ideas, and work with products from design to implementation.

Lyft UX Associate Program

The Lyft UX Associate Program (“LUX-AP”) is designed to give individuals working toward a career in user experience (UX) and tech an opportunity for mentorship and hands-on learning. The Associateship program is ideal for people who are ready to dive in and learn more about a specific UX discipline: Product Design, Content Design (UX Writing), UX Research, or Design Program Management. Associates will come from a wide variety of non-traditional backgrounds. They may have attended a bootcamp or be self-taught, but the common-thread is enthusiasm to dive into a specific UX discipline and work closely with a product team for 6-months.
