Get Emergency Help with Live ADT Support
Emergency situations require quick thinking and help, fast. If you ever feel unsafe when driving with Lyft, you can discreetly connect with a trained security professional at ADT. If needed, ADT will call 911 and share your trip details so you can quickly get help from emergency responders.
Share Your Location with Friends or Family in Real Time
Let friends and family easily track your location when you’re driving with Lyft. In your settings, just tap ‘safety tools’ to customize how and when you share your location. Choose from always sharing when you’re online or customizing the times for sharing. Heads-up: Location sharing is automatically turned off until you turn it on.
Predicting if You Need Help
In some cases, if we notice your ride has stopped too soon or for an unusual amount of time, we’ll reach out to see if you need help. You’ll have the option to report a safety issue or accident, or get emergency help if you need it.
