Two new ways to get employees riding
It’s easier than ever for employees to take work rides, earn rewards, and simplify expensing. Your riders can now create business profiles in the Lyft app and on our website.
How to get started
You’ll need to invite employees to use the new ways to create a business profile. This will allow us to connect their work email address with your Lyft Business travel program.
You can invite new riders through the Lyft Business Portal or set up roster management in Concur or People Sync.
- Concur: If you already use Concur for expensing, it’s easy and free to sync your roster from the SAP Concur App Center.
- People Sync: People Sync sets up a secure SFTP connection to create a shared folder between your organization and Lyft. This allows you to automate employee onboarding and offboarding, expense information, and reporting, all in one place.
Now, riders can get set up with your business travel program within minutes in the Lyft app or on our website. No need to search for an email invite or shareable link—they can choose the way that’s easiest for them.
Plus, you won’t have to spend time helping employees track down misplaced business profile invitations. Once riders have been invited, all they’ll need is their work email address to sign up. They’ll still receive an email confirmation, but if you’d prefer to turn those off, just let us know.
You can still use shareable sign-up links in addition to our two new methods. Just generate an invite link and share it across your internal platforms.
