This year, Lyft supported hundreds of thousands of people by providing access to rides to the polls on Election Day and to early voting sites, in addition to the rides we facilitated during the primary season. Now, as a continuation of our Voting Access Program, Lyft is supporting voters with access to discounted rides to the polls for the federal runoff races in Louisiana and Georgia.

We know not everyone has access to affordable transportation. We are offering 50% off one ride up to $10 to any polling location or dropbox on each state’s Election Day. In Louisiana, the code LARUNOFF will be valid on December 5, 2020 and in Georgia, the code GARUNOFF will be valid on January 5, 2021.* As in years past, our partners will help distribute ride credit directly to people in their networks whom they identify as most in need of transportation.
