Now you’ll see Turbo on the map, so you know when and where to maximize your earnings. When it’s extra busy, you’ll see Flash Turbo pop up. The two bonuses stack for even bigger earnings.
Know where to earn more
Each week, plan ahead by checking your weekly planner, where you’ll see a new map of upcoming Turbo offers. Then, during Turbo times, just drive into the shaded area marked with a dollar sign to unlock your bonus.*
Stack earnings with Flash Turbo
When it’s extra busy, Flash Turbo will overlap with Turbo on the map in real time. They’ll seamlessly stack to show the total bonus percentage.
Multiply your earnings
With both Turbo and Flash Turbo, your payout gets bigger when your base earnings are higher. Because the more effort you put in, the bigger your bonus should be.
Do I still get Turbo times each week?
Yes, you’ll still be notified of your upcoming Turbo times. These offers will now also be based on the anticipated busy areas for that week to help you plan where to drive ahead of time. Use the new Turbo map in your weekly planner to filter for the hours and days you usually drive, or for the highest offers. Turbo offers also vary by region, so they may change if you drive in different areas.
When will I see Flash Turbo offers?
When it’s extra busy, Flash Turbo will appear in real-time on the map. Once demand goes down in that area, Flash Turbos will disappear — or move to another busy area.
How do I complete a Turbo offer?
When Turbo is live on the map, just drive into a shaded zone during the Turbo hour to earn at least 10% more on rides. You'll get a bonus on your next ride even if it takes you out of the zone. You won’t get the bonus if you go offline, cancel, or miss the next ride.
How do the percentages work?
The percentage applies to a ride’s base earnings, so a $10 ride with a 20% Turbo would become $12. With percentage-based bonuses, the payout gets bigger when base earnings are higher. But, no mental math is required — we’ll show the total dollar amount you’ll earn on a ride before accepting.
How does bonus stacking work?
When Flash Turbo appears on top of another live Turbo offer on the map, the percentages will combine to increase the total bonus opportunity. The percentage you see on the map is the total stacked bonus. So, if a 30% Flash Turbo appears when a 20% Turbo is live, a 50% bonus will apply to a ride's base earnings.
How can I tell the difference between Turbo and Flash Turbo on the map?
Planned Turbo offers will have a unique pin icon on the map. These zones will be live for one hour. Flash Turbo appears in real-time as a percentage on the map. These are temporary offers and will disappear as demand changes. The colors on the map will change as the percentage amounts change. When Turbo and Flash Turbo overlap, the percentage shown on the map is the total stacked bonus.
*Bonus amounts vary by region and are paid out to a maximum of $50 per ride.
