Drive toward the purple zone When you reach the purple zone, we’ll guarantee a bonus on your next ride.

Get even more in the pink zone The highest demand — and the highest bonus — is in the pink zone. Get there, and we’ll guarantee a higher bonus on your next ride.

Give a ride to claim your bonus Once you’ve gotten a bonus guarantee, stay online and accept your next request. You’ll earn the bonus when you complete that ride* — even if the pickup is not in a purple or pink zone.

Whenever you see a heat map, drive toward the purple and pink zones to guarantee bonuses. If you go offline, cancel a ride, miss a request, or go into Destination Mode, you’ll lose the guarantee.

Keep in mind: When you have the new heat maps experience, you won’t see Power Zones or Prime Time.
