Ready to Launch with Lyft Concierge
This guide will help you start sending rides to the people who matter to your organization. You’ll learn how to sign up for Concierge and how to manage rides on the platform. You’ll also have a chance to see your riders’ experience.
Find your email invitation
Didn't get one? Check your spam folder or contact your account administrator.
Log in with your work email
Click ‘Get Started’ to go to lyft.com/concierge/login. Enter your work email, and a verification email will be sent to your inbox.
Verify your account
From the verification email, enter your first and last name and click ‘Get Started.’ This will verify your identity and activate your Concierge account.
Sending rides in Concierge
Lyft Concierge is your control station for requesting and managing courtesy rides. You’ll get access to Lyft’s entire platform – and get riders picked up within minutes.
Concierge is designed to be intuitive for anyone to use on any desktop, tablet, and mobile device.
Enter the rider’s details
Start by entering the rider’s name, phone number, and language preference (if known).
Enter the pickup and drop-off location
Next, type in your pickup and drop-off locations.
If one of your locations is a large venue, like a hospital campus or a football stadium, we’ll suggest specific pickup spots to make it easier for your passengers to find their driver.
Arrange a ride
There are three ways to schedule rides in Concierge. On-demand rides can be sent right away. Scheduled rides can be requested up to 30 days in advance. Flexible rides let you send a ride link to a passenger up to 30 days in advance, so they can request a ride for themselves on the day you specified. Flexible rides are especially useful for riders who need a return trip, since they can easily request a return ride with the link when they’re ready.
You’ll always see the price for the ride up-front for on-demand and scheduled rides. Please note that prices for scheduled rides may change a little from their estimates, as factors like traffic and ride demand affect real-time rates. Prices for flexible rides will vary based on when the rider requests their ride.
Additionally, you’ll be able to see the nearby drivers on the map and the estimated pickup times before requesting rides.
Choose a car type and request the ride
Lastly, choose what type of car you’d like for the ride. Depending on your area, you may be able to choose from XL, Lux, Lux Black, and Lux Black XL options. For an economical option, choose standard Lyft.
Track the real-time status of multiple rides
The ‘Active rides’ tab shows all your rides in progress, so you can be sure your riders are getting where they need to go.
See ride details, schedule a return, and get support with ride cards
By clicking on a ride, you’ll open its relevant details. Viewing a ride also lets you schedule a return ride or create a support ticket.
The rider experience
As soon as a driver is on their way, your rider will receive an SMS notification with the driver’s name, car make and model, and ETA. If your rider doesn’t have a mobile phone, they’ll receive an automated call with all the details.
