Getting Around Town

Thousands of fans are flocking to Las Vegas for the big race, so, give yourself plenty of time to hop from one event to the next.

Top Tips for Catching a Ride

Formula 1

  • Rolling around town with your crew? Be sure to check out all Lyft ride options to determine what makes the most sense for you and your group, if you’ve got a bigger crew, choose Lyft XL.

  • Major attractions can be found in the app by entering the venue or event name, ie “T-Mobile Zone at Sphere.”  This will help Lyft route you to the designated dropoff zones when you arrive.

  • The designated pickup and dropoff zones for F1 are at T-Mobile Zone at Sphere & E Harmon Rideshare Zone.  Look for signs around the property and instructions in the Lyft app for directions.

After the checkered flag has been waived

We totally get it - the race podium confetti cannons are the ultimate race day photo op. But if you’re eager to beat the traffic, consider leaving the stadium early before the mass exodus.

T-Mobile Zone at Sphere - Walk east on Sands Ave towards Howard Hughes Pkwy. Rideshare pickup is in the parking lot at the Highline at Hughes Apartment Center.

E Harmon Zone - Walk east on E Harmon Ave towards Paradise Road. Turn left into the self-park driveway & follow signs to the dedicated rideshare pickup area.

The Morning After

Remember that race fans coming in means fans going out, and the airports may be more crowded than usual on Sunday & Monday. Give yourself some extra time to allow for traffic and increased security lines.  It’s recommended to request your ride to the airport at least four hours prior to your flight’s departure.
