Introducing Lyft Silver

A service for older adults to help them get where they're going.

To send an invite:

  1. Open your Lyft app and tap ‘You’ in the bottom right corner. Select ‘Lyft Silver’ to invite your loved one.
  2. They’ll receive a link via text message to turn on Lyft Silver and accept your gift directly from their app.
  3. If they're new to Lyft, the link will take them to download the app and then prompt them to turn on Lyft Silver.

To try Lyft Silver:

  1. Open your Lyft app.
  2. Tap 'You' in the bottom right corner to access the main menu.
  3. Select 'Lyft Silver' to turn it on and experience the simplified interface and phone support.


The Lyft app is available for iPhone and Android.
