From American Express Global Business Travel to Hilton to Concur, we work with leading brands in travel management, air, hospitality, and expense management to enable businesses to create seamless rideshare programs. Together, we’re creating a comprehensive network of partners across the travel ecosystem and a simplified process that eliminates common travel frustrations. And this is just the start!

In her role, she was responsible for developing account strategies and solutions for top clients and evaluating new business opportunities. Caitlin is also the co-founder and served as Chairman of GBTA Ladders, a talent development group within GBTA focused on helping to educate and inform the next evolution of the industry through collaboration and mentorship.

Prior to her time at GBTA, she held senior leadership roles at top travel organizations including Travel Leaders Corporate, HRG, and the American Society of Travel. Caitlin also spent over a decade in the financial sector, working at Mezzacappa Management, Wafra Investment Advisory Group Inc., and Sanford C. Bernstein and CO. Inc.

Creating a Seamless Travel Experience

In her new role, Caitlin will continue to strengthen and expand our relationships with leading travel organizations, focusing on building integrations with strategic partners to enable a seamless travel experience.

Of her decision to join Lyft, Caitlin has shared, “Lyft has proven that they truly want to be the best partner possible to other brands within the travel ecosystem and are deeply committed to improving people’s lives with the world’s best transportation. In speaking with David Baga, Lyft’s Chief Business Officer, and learning more about the role, I was incredibly inspired and am excited to work with this amazing team and contribute to Lyft’s mission.”

Caitlin has a proven track record of achieving growing and nurturing relationships with companies across every vertical within travel, and we couldn’t imagine a better person to lead our thriving travel partnerships team. For more information on our network of partners across the travel ecosystem, visit our website.
