Getting to vaccine appointments is a struggle for so many people. That’s why we’re encouraging partners and community members to get involved and help us provide access to rides to and from vaccination sites. 

Good news! If you are a Chase Sapphire, Freedom, or Ink cardmember, or a member of Hilton Honors or Delta SkyMiles®, you’ll receive extra rewards for participating. 

Here’s how it will work for each partner:  

Through 3/2022, all Chase Sapphire®, Freedom®, and Ink® cardmembers can earn 10x total points or 10% total cash back on purchases made through Lyft’s “Fund a Ride” program. In addition, eligible cardmembers are able to use the Pay Yourself BackSM option (within Chase Ultimate Rewards®) to apply points and receive a statement credit for ride funding.

Starting 4/18/2021 through 9/30/2021, Sapphire Reserve cardmembers’ points will be worth 50% more when redeemed, and 25% more for Sapphire Preferred, Sapphire No Fee, Freedom, and Ink cardmembers. (For example, Sapphire Reserve cardmembers can apply 1,000 points to pay themselves back on a $15 purchase donation. Sapphire Preferred, Sapphire No Fee, Freedom, and Ink cardmembers can apply 1,200 points to pay themselves back on a $15 purchase donation.)

All Hilton Honors account members with linked Lyft accounts, who fund a vaccine ride between 3/16/2021 and 5/31/2021, will receive a one-time award of 2,000 Hilton Honors bonus points.

Between 3/16/2021 and 5/31/2021, Hilton Honors Members can receive a one-time award of 2,000 Bonus Points after making a contribution of $5 or more to Lyft’s Vaccine Access program.

Between 3/16/2021 and 5/31/2021, Delta will award 250 bonus miles to the first 15,000 Delta SkyMiles Members with linked Lyft accounts, who contribute a minimum of $5 through Lyft’s fund a ride program.

Terms:

Chase: Chase Sapphire, Freedom and Ink cardmembers will earn 10x total points/10% total Cash Back rewards on qualifying Lyft Fund a Ride purchases through 03/2022. 10 total points/10% total Cash Back rewards shown are the maximum you will earn on those purchases during the promotion, regardless of what you already earn on those purchases in your rewards program, and regardless of whether you have other promotions available. The following purchases are excluded from this promotion: purchase of rides taken in Classic, Shared, or XL modes; bike and scooter rides; and subscription and membership products; gift cards; car rentals; vehicle service centers; miscellaneous fees and other Lyft products and services. Future Lyft products or services are not eligible for these additional points/Cash Back rewards. You may see 10x total points/10% total Cash Back rewards in marketing materials to refer to the promotional points/Cash Back rewards you may earn in addition to the points/Cash Back rewards you already earn on purchases. The additional points/Cash Back rewards will appear on your billing statement in separate line(s) from the points/Cash Back rewards you already earn on purchases. Hilton: Hilton Honors members with a Linked Account who purchase at least five dollars ($5) or more in ride credits through  Lyft’s “Vaccine Access Initiative” during the Promotional Period will receive a one-time award of 2,000 Hilton Honors Bonus Points within six (6) weeks of making their contribution. Hilton Honors Bonus Points do not count toward elite tier qualification. This offer may be terminated without notice. 

Delta: Starting 3.16.21 through 5.31.21 Lyft users who have linked their SkyMiles and Lyft accounts can receive a one time award of 250 miles upon purchasing a minimum of $5 in ride credits through lyft.com/fund-a-ride. Limited to one award per user. Award is limited to the first 15,000 SkyMiles members to contribute.  

Lyft: By clicking “Confirm payment” you authorize Lyft to charge your payment method for the amount you have chosen. Lyft will distribute 100% of your purchase to organizations selected by Lyft in the form of ride credits to support equitable vaccine access. Your purchase is non-refundable, non-transferable, not intended for personal use, and not eligible for tax deduction as described in Section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code. Subject to Lyft Terms of Service https://www.lyft.com/terms . Please allow up to 14 business days after eligible purchase for miles to be deposited in SkyMiles account. All SkyMiles Program Rules apply.
