Earn Personal Credit, Airport Miles, and More on Your Business Trips
In 2016, we launched Lyft Business Profiles as a simple way to manage business rides. To this day, we're not only adding new rewards but also integrating features that make paying and expensing easier. We recently launched a business rewards program, providing you $5 in personal ride credit for every 5 business rides you take. Simply put, it’s like frequent flyer miles but for ground transportation.
As Rowena N. put it, “I love using Lyft for business travel. Especially as a single woman traveler, Lyft makes me feel safe in a new city. Also, expenses are super easy and I like the ability to get reward credits.”
When you sign up with Lyft for a Business Profile, you’ll enjoy these benefits:
1. Personal ride credit Earn $5 in personal ride credit for every 5 business rides* you take. Plus, if your company partners with us, you’re eligible for surprises every month.
2. Simpler payment Keep your business and personal expenses separate. Add a corporate card to your profile to divide business travel spend. Many companies that partner with Lyft also offer Auto Pay options, so you can eliminate the nuisance of expense-reporting entirely.
3. Receipt-forwarding You can set up your Business Profile to have your ride receipts automatically sent to your work email. That way, everything lives in one place.
4. Auto-expensingBusiness Profiles can sync with your company’s expensing system and automatically direct your business receipts there. (We currently integrate with Abacus, Certify, Chrome River, Concur, Expensify, Nexonia, Rydoo, and Zoho Expense.) Your trip records are then converted into handy itemized receipts.
5.** Airline rewards Your business expenses can even turn into airline rewards: Delta SkyMiles: Earn 1 mile for each $1 spent on every US ride. For a limited time, earn 2 miles per $1 on airport rides.
Sign up for a Business Profile in the Lyft app by going to Settings, then Business Profile. Already have a Business Profile? Opt into Business Rewards by entering "BIZREWARDSOPTIN" in the ‘Promos’ section of the app. Learn more at lyft.com/rider/business.
** Delta SkyMiles rewards exclude taxes, fees, tolls, and tips.
