Lyft credits earned through this promotion can only be applied towards rides on the Lyft Platform taken in personal mode and cannot be applied to tips, cancellation fees, damage charges, or taxes. You will have 14 days (“Goal Period”) after you become eligible for this offer. Check the ‘Promos’ tab in your Lyft app for the date and time your Goal Period ends.
Will all rides I take during the offer period count towards my goal?After you arrive at your destination for each ride, make sure to fully complete the ride in your Lyft app by tapping the ‘Done’ button. Rides must be completed in this way before the end of your goal period for them to be counted towards your offer. Rides completed on Lyft Business profiles will not qualify for this offer.
If I meet the offer goal, when will I receive my Lyft credit?Your credit will be immediately available for use and applied to your account once you fully complete the ride that results in reaching your goal.
How long will I have to use the Lyft credit I earn from this offer?Once you reach your goal and the credit is applied to your account, you will have 7 days to use the credit.
