If you’re eligible for the bonus offer (“Offer”), certain offer details will be presented to you when you sign up for a Flexdrive rental through the Express Drive program (“Offer Presentation”). Offer is personal to the recipient and may not be transferred. The Offer does not in any way alter the terms of your Flexdrive rental or the billing terms outlined therein. Applicable to Flexdrive rentals through the Express Drive program only. You must sign up for a Flexdrive rental and commence the rental by the date specified in the Offer Presentation to qualify. For the purposes of the Offer, a “Rental Week” shall be each consecutive seven (7) day period from the rental start date. Offer valid starting from the rental start date for the number of consecutive Rental Weeks specified in the Offer Presentation (the “Offer Period”), provided that if your Flexdrive rental lapses during the Offer Period, then the Offer will automatically expire at that time. To receive the bonus displayed in the Offer Presentation upon completion of a Rental Week while the Offer is valid, the Flexdrive rental must be active for the full Rental Week, and you must use the rental vehicle to give at least the number of Lyft rides specified in the Offer Presentation during such Rental Week. Any bonus received through the Offer for a given Rental Week will be applied at the end of such Rental Week. Limit one (1) offer per recipient. Limited time offer, while supplies last.
