Everyone deserves access to healthy, nutritious food. So we’ve partnered with local nonprofits and grocery stores to provide Philadelphians in need with discounted rides to and from area grocery providers. Eligible participants receive $2.50 Shared rides to and from participating grocery stores.*
Who is eligible to register?
To register for Lyft’s Philadelphia Grocery Access Program, you must be a resident of one of the Philadelphia Housing Authority Locations listed below. Contact the Philadelphia Housing Authority for more details.

- 1710 N. Croskey St.
- 3218 W. Susquehanna Ave.
- 2311 W Jefferson St.
- 2028 W Norris St.
- 33rd & Huntington
- 2201 W. Venango St.
How do participants use their discounted rides?
- Participants will have their ride credits in the Lyft app at the start of the program period.
- When ready to shop, participants simply enter their destination and select Shared.
- A $2.50 ride payment will be applied automatically to Shared rides to and from participating grocery providers.*

*Limited quantity available. $2.50 fixed fare Shared rides. You have 50 rides remaining. Pay $2.50 plus any amount over $15. Pickup or drop-off must be within the coverage area. Cannot be combined with other ride credit or offers. Subject to Lyft's Terms of Service.
